It is a Heavy duty design having fitted with Multispeed Heavy Duty Gear Box of Bigger size crown & pinion of more modules fitted in it & having all other parts/components fitted in it of bigger sizes in order to avoid any failure during ploughing of Heavy & Hard Soil as in H.P.& A.P. States. Moreover, born steel, Power Coated Blades fitted in these Rotavators gives a better cutting edge as compared to other blades available in the market making it as named challenger Rotavator. As in our regular Rotavators all the components are shot blasted after fabrication before doing Power Coating & are assembled thereafter on a conversed assembly line. After assembly each & every Rotavator is thoroughly tested on testing bed before moving for final dispatch through stringent quality check
